There is always hope, “never” is just a word, time is something we all possess in spades, and the future can be anything we choose it to be.
Disaster, suspicion, tyranny, and conflict are all part of the cultural mix that occurs in every society in one form or another. But hope transcends culture and unites people of all ethnicities.
Some are so comfortable in their blindness they are not interested in seeing so they do not believe. They are sure of the darkness around them, unmoving from their spot in the middle, completely unaware of the whole universe around them that is open to wonders, experience, and adventure for the mere taking.
All they have to do is move.
But because they don’t want to believe, they do not see.
And it is to their own shame that the universe will continue to pass them by.

I’m always amazed how a single word can change the tone and tenor of an entire situation. In an instant, bitterness can be changed toward forgiveness, animosity can be changed toward courage, insecurity can be changed toward strength, and warfare can be changed toward communication.
But it is fear of the unknown that keeps us from speaking and holds us back from the fountain of possibility that resides in each of us.
Nothing in this life is hopeless because nothing in this life is worthless.
And I aim to prove that someday.
